Nik Morar is Northern Virginia’s aficionado of fitness. His combination of education, experience, and enthusiasm make him the right choice if you want to tone-up, slim-down, or just feel better.
Accredited by the American Council on Fitness Education, Nik is a FiTOUR® Master Personal Trainer and Practitioner. He is a member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association and holds a B.S. in Sports Science from the prestigious University of Babes-Bolyai in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Nik is CPR and First AID-certified with the American Red Cross.
Nik lives his health and fitness ideals. Before coming to the U.S., Nik played professional basketball for eight years in the Europian league where he was Rookie-Of-The-Year during the 1996-1997 season. Nik’s professional athletic career and extensive studies give him a unique perspective on the terms ‘health’ and ‘fitness’.
As a personal trainer, Nik has designed one-on-one fitness, conditioning, and weight-loss programs for hundreds of clients in Northern Virginia. As Assistant Director of the Giant Basketball Academy, Nik uses basketball to instill life-long habits of health and fitness to young men and women across the Washington, D.C. area. He has also authored The Boy’s Fitness Guide, a new health and fitness book for young men.
